Day 16 Elk Praire to Eureka KOA

Here is the miles for today:  http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/nc4puMx1sOE

We started out our day with a great breakfast, Luetta had bought fresh blueberries, so I made blueberry pancakes, yum, yum.

On the way out of the Park we saw another group of Elk on the ocean edge.

I needed to take Luetta to the "Cookhouse" in Samoa (not the island in the Pacific but the little town near Eureka.  We have had scout Kayak trips end up with a feast at this all you can eat place to create a fun ending to a week of camping.  It brings back many wonderful memores which I wanted to share with Luetta.  She hears about these adventures She has seldom has been able to visit the places.

This was originally the cookhouse used to feed the lumberjacks that worked in that industry and has an interesting museum of lumbering artifacts inside as well.
