Seattle to Langley, BC, Canada

Today we attended church in the Kent Ward in Kent, Washington after gettin Lynn and Louis from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.  Here we are unboxing Louis's bike at the airport.

While I was going to college I wanted to go far away from home to earn money for school.  I had friends in Seattle and they suggested I go there.  My Dormatory, "Mom Clawson" talked to her daughter and family (Johnson) and arranged for me to stay with them in Kent, WA a short time until I had located a job and another accomadation.  They lived in the Kent Ward.  How I wish to thank them for helping me.

After this we went by the the Seattle Temple, which did not exist when I was earning money for school for two summers and one semester in the late 60's.

Tomorrow starts the actual bike riding with two ferry crossing and back to Washington.
